Her daughter getting pregnant points to NOTHING that you pointed out. Daughters will get pregnant at a young age regardless of what is taught in schools. You simply do not know what she instilled in her daughter...I was pregnant at 17 too, and my parents made damn sure that I was on birth control, knew the consequences and of every form of contraception, and knew that abstinence probably wasn't the best option to for their children.

Either program does not stop teenage pregnancy; it is still doing to exist, we must life in a world where teenagers get love and support for such things. Not to villify them, or their parents; this runs contrary to family values altogether.
